How much is UK delivery?
Orders under £50 only £2.99 for Fast 1-2 Day Tracked Postage no mater how may items you purchase!
Orders over £50 are posted free of charge with Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 48 Hours from date of despatch!
Do we ship Internationally?
Yes, we can deliver orders outside the United Kingdom. If you are an International Customer your postage rates are calculated for you at the checkout stage. Please note STANDARD AIR MAIL IS UN-TRACKED, there is an small extra charge for TRACKED AIRMAIL. We are currently offering FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING when you spend over £50. Otherwise Standard shipping (non tracked) is £4.99.
When will my goods be delivered?
If an item is marked ‘pre-order’, we will dispatch that item as soon as it arrives in stock. Should your order contain items that are both ‘in stock’ and on ‘pre-order’, we will dispatch your items as they become available.
For delivery of all UK orders Nerd Merch uses Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery usually takes One to Two working days from date of despatch. Please Note a ‘working day’ means a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday.
For delivery in the EU please allow 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. For the US and Rest Of World please allow 7-10 working days from dispatch.
Please be aware that, in the UK under Royal Mail regulations Nerd Merch allows 21 days from the date of despatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. Internationally, this time is six weeks. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Are there restrictions on deliveries?
We reserve the right not to deliver orders to an address that may not be secure, for example to a communal postal address or a BFPO or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have ordered a high price point item, Nerd Merch may reserve the right to deliver to your billing address only. Should this be the case, we will contact you after you have placed your order.
What happens if I’m not home when you deliver?
If you are not available, the Royal Mail or courier service will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange your delivery or to collect your products.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of your receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you must tell us in writing by Please quote your order number on your email or letter. If we have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel by logging into your online account and selecting the relevant order. You do not need to contact us. Please be aware that, due to Piracy laws, you cannot cancel your order if you have unsealed the packaging on any of the following: Vidoe Games, CDs, DVD or audiotapes. If you are cancelling an order for anything else, you should make sure that the item is in a resalable condition. . Should you cancel your order, you should return your goods to us. I’ve changed my mind. How do I return my goods?
If you would like to return a purchase, you may do so within 30 days of the date of receipt. The item must be in a resalable condition and in its original and undamaged packaging, complete with its original and undamaged external box.
What if my goods are faulty?
In the event of faulty goods, please Contact Us If we are unable to replace your faulty item/s, then we will issue a full refund. Please note , the item/s must be returned to us for this to be processed.
To return an item please contact customer service first with an order number and details of reason for return.

We make every effort to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note: returns must be booked in with first as mentioned above so we can issue you with a returns authorisation number.

Please include your packing slip that was sent with your order, clearly stating the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you require an exchange, please let us know which item you would like instead.
If exchanging for a different product that is a higher price to the item that you are sending back, please include the extra cash in the form of a postal order, cheque (please make payable to Airwave Apparel Ltd, cash or enclose your credit card details. If paying the extra amount with Credit card - please ensure all these details are included:
- The type of card - i.e. Visa, MasterCard
- The 16 digit credit card number
- The start date (if applicable)
- Expiry Date
- Security code from the back of the card
- Credit Card billing address
- Name on the card
- Your shipping address (if different from your billing address)
If you would like to exchange for a different product that is less than the item you are sending back, we will refund the extra amount to the card that you paid with.
If you no longer have your packing slip, please just include a note with the above information making sure to also include your delivery address, order number, e-mail address and phone number.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a secure delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and that has a tracking facility for you peace of mind.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We will send out your exchange or process your refund upon receipt of the return - please allow up to 14 working days.
Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave, deodorant or makeup which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged/faulty goods, please contact us and we will arrange an immediate replacement. Please return the faulty item back to us at the above address.

Terms and conditions
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can explain the exchange process.
